Boiler Commissioning Activities of 6X660MW:

●Lead the commissioning team of boiler rotating equipments.

●Commissioning of Axial Flow ID, PA, FD fans, APH and HP1203 type coal mills.

●Lube Oil flushing and precise setting of their relief valves, blade pitch setting of fans

●Checking interlock & protection of boiler.

●Successful completion of Boiler Hydro test, Chemical Cleaning, Air Tightness Test, Steam Blowing Activity, Clean Air Flow Test, Gun Atomization test, SADC and Tertiary Air settings in Low NOx coal Burner, and Synchronization of Unit 1 to 6.

●Successful completion of COD and other performance acceptance tests.

●Having experience in Scheduling & maintaining daily progress report of Boiler and auxiliaries

TRAINING UNDERGONE:

●One month Supercritical Power Plant Simulator Training attended at Datang Shandong Power Station Qingdao, China.

●Regularly (weekly) visit Khaparkheda Thermal Power Plant

●15 day in plant Training at Koradi Thermal Power Plant Station

●15 days in plant Training at Surat Lignite Power Plant(GIPCL)

●15 days training on 210 MW SIMULATOR at N.P.T.I.,Nagpur

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

●Maharashtra BOE 2018 Certified

●Pursuing energy auditior certificate

●PG Diploma Course in Energy Management from MIT, Pune.

●B.E. in POWER ENGINEERING passed in 2008 June with 1st division from National Power Training Institute, Nagpur.

●H.S.S.C passed in Feb 2004 with 1st division from Bharat Jr. College, Hinganghat.
