• Project management responsibilities for MRP implementation - routings, BOM structure, item master,

• Supported project for in-house production of PCB’s (SMT) and led project for outsourcing harness

estimate: $500,000. Inventory levels lowered by $800,000 by outsourcing harness (subassembly)

production.
