Adjustment #1 and Other GLs:

Clearing the transactions where customer raised complains regarding deposits or withdrawals.

Investigating the CART (Client Action request Tools) and solving the issues within the specified time

Follow up branches and service partners if support required in clearing the client complaint.

Investigating and rectifying the error done by branch.

To deliver client services as defined by contract.

Impacting the client by debiting and crediting the client accounts

Highly responsible to extract the daily volume data and equally allocating the volume among the team members.
