Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work, safety, Schedule & productivity of personnel, sub-contractors and associated support.

Control and coordinate progress of work to maintain schedule.

Troubleshooting and handling work as per client’s schedule and specification.

Assist the Project Manager in the implementation of project execution, planning and scheduling and other aspects related targets.

Plans, directs and coordinates all civil related jobs in plant facilities; analyses jobs to be performed and assigns manpower, selects necessary tools and equipment required for the job.

Ensures that all related civil jobs in any assigned project are carried out safely and on time.

Responsible for the supervision of all Civil works from excavating to finishing.
