OBJECTIVE

A position where my extensive experience can contribute to your customers' satisfaction and your company's success.

Skills:

•.• Trouble shooting is my number one favorite. I love to be tasked with finding a problem and a solution. I am very good at troubleshooting in both normal electrical applications and in controls.

•.• I am very versatile. I work well with anyone or alone.

•.• I can run EMT or Rigid conduit.

•.• I read prints and one line drawings well. I can follow panel schedules and terminal points very well and always double check my work

•.• I am very skilled with technology. I can find answers to anything. I can create estimates and I have a spread sheet I helped create formulas for to calculate profit margins and labor expenses, etc. It's better I show a potential employer this excel spread sheet in person as it will speak for itself.

• I am a fast learner. I excel at anything I do. I can operate heavy machinery and know my way around a plant or commercial building. I can recognize a problem quickly and find a solution in any application. I am very well read but I absorb new knowledge like a sponge. I am easily taught new practices. I am a person that has to ask very few questions as I can find answers to my own questions efficiently.

Work Experience:

I was responsible for keeping a small group of guys productive, safe, and, happy. I led the team in safety meetings, trained new guys on lighting and simple control applications as well as ediquite. I was over 175+ banking centers for prosperity bank. I was responsible for maintaining the lighting and electrical at all 175+ locations under contract by Mrs. Marina Jackson, a president for Prosperity Bank. I constructed numerous plans and procedures to better help my guys in the field. I also worked along side my guys in the field if I did nor have to be in the office answering emails and talking to my customers. I managed the full relationship with Houston Physicians Hospital. I was responsible for knowing the code or being able to research it for a hospital application. I was responsible for providing my customers with estimates and contracts to fit their needs or financial situations. My job here was to be stretched as thin as possible without breaking then, being stretched a little more. It was fun and I loved the challenge.

Honeywell process solutions February 2015 - October 2017

Lead man

The company installed controls and electrical circuits for conveyors systems to operate in two million square foot buildings such as, Amazon, Fed Ex, UPS, etc. When I first started I was on my tools as an apprentice. I ran emt conduit, pulled wire, terminated delta "V" panels, read prints to determine my work days. I was promoted to a lead man after a short time there where I was able to train new employees hands on. I led a crew to meet deadlines I was given. I read prints as well as taught my guys how to read them. I taught my guys to work as a team as I also learned from them. I'm usually the youngest person on a job and always have the privilege of learning new things from the older guys. I enjoyed this company and the position.

Buffalo Gap I and E June 2011 - January 2015

Apprentice Electrician

This company is where it all started for me. This is where I found out how fascinated I am by electricity. I started by digging ditches for conduit, installing ground grids, putting back pans in panels all while I was learning the ropes of my new career. I quickly progressed to terminating junction boxes, field devices, and learning to read prints. I had the help of many along the way as my dad and grand father were electricians there also. I soon learned how to read prints and find panel schedules to terminate Delta "V" cabinets. Murphy panels, install relay banks, install transformers, etc.. It was my duty to be the very best I could be.
