University of Denver – Ritchie Center building heating hot water system design and commissioning from existing 15 years+ analog control system to a new to a Web access building automation system. Worked closely with the Facilities personnel for determining the most optimum sequence of operation.

University of Denver – Seeley Mudd Science building HVAC system design and commissioning from existing 15 years+ pneumatic control system to a new to a Web access building automation system. This project consisted of working with the Facilities personnel and mechanical contractor for determining the correct Fan Coil Unit replacements and building heating and cooling sequence of operation and energy saving optimization.

Customer Service Account Manager (February 2013 to August 2018)

Verizon NEC Data Center in Colorado Spring - Providing Technical Service assistance and service contracts to Customer. Worked with customers on multiple upgrades and modifications for the integrating and monitoring of the energy management system. Integrated and commissioned the N+9 Generator Backup System, Fire Alarm System and dual NEC customized temperature and humidity control systems. Providing Customer with information and documentation of system upgrades and new installations.

Park Hyatt Hotel and Business Towers, Albuquerque MN – Retrofit BAS and integrates multiple systems on a single platform for user interface. Performed functional testing and commissioning on each Tower. Provided means of Owner and Management access to both Towers without building interruption.

Controls Department Manager (August 2000 to February 2013)

City of Englewood – Retrofit and Commissioning of 7 City building from standalone HVAC thermostat control to a Web access building automation system including power saving design with VFD and optimum Start/Start functions.

Jefferson County – Retrofit and Commissioning of multiple County buildings from a non- functioning Andover building controls to a new to a Web access building automation system. Worked closely with the County employees for determining the correct sequence of operation for each building retrofitted.

Controls designer and Performance Verification Controller (August 1999 to August 2000)

Data Center located in the state of Oklahoma – Creating a custom specification for the Control System Design with an N+1 redundancy system implementation. This site is a multiple Airline flight reservation center. Performed design review of controls system submittals and O&M data. Provided technical on-site visits for the implementation and commissioning of the entire complex.

Grand Canyon Visitor Center, Arizona – Provided BAS system functional testing and evaluation of control strategies, for best occupancy practices. This included field performance testing and system tuning for optimum energy saving.
