Resume:
As a motion graphics designer for Touchvision TV, which would reach over 1 Million
viewers monthly, I brought to life to the words and photos of visionaries throughout history. Utilizing a combination of in-house resources like Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, and third party plugins such as Element 3D, I would conceptualize, design and animate this compelling visual art.
Over the years, my art has grown to imitate life’s organic nature, resulting in graphics and editing styles that often build, and accumulate. In a literal sense, this art style has directly helped me in my latest endeavors with national cannabis company Green Thumb, where I am often tasked with giving life to still assets, and/or create promotional material for the fast-paced, tight-deadlined realm of social media. Working independently and remotely, I’ve been able to deliver highly revered, high viewership content for my clients, from simple graphics to national company merger announcements under aggressive deadlines, and I will do the same for you.
Even before attending Columbia College for television production, I was awarded the opportunity to be contracted as a post-production specialist for Pivotal Communications out of my home town of Kalamazoo, MI. Each year, Pivotal would be hired to produce all of the digital, print and video advertising media for Four Winns Boats. For me, this would entail being on set for the two week shoot, logging, capturing, and transcoding each day’s footage, producing dailies, and eventually working with the director and producer to edit the video to script, design the graphics, and author the DVD, the most popular distribution medium for the advertisement videos at that time. This early skill set, combined with my ed- ucation from Columbia College, here in Chicago, has given me what I need to deliver top end design for my clients and employers.
