Hitchki is my first part time job. I learned many thing from my seniors. Like How to talk to guest, how to take order, how to do the table clearance, how to solve the guest problems, how to handle unsatisfied or drunk guest. Also I learned Binix Software and the cocktail mocktail recipes. I increased the sale and made the regular guest for hitchki. I made the duty roster and assign the duties and responsibilities of staff.
