Appointed as general manager, I have:
Established Unicoat Contracting and built up a team ready to challenge the growing demand of industrial protective coating.
Through a strict quality control and costumer’s satisfaction, executed many land mark projects
(Road infrastructures, oil & gas, private sectors); signed contract abroad and established, in 2007, a paint workshop in Dubai Investment Park specialized in coating for oil and gas structures.
Implemented ISO 9001:2008 in 2012 and acquired many official certificates. By motivating and supervising closely the sales team, signed important contracts and managed rapidly to place Unicoat among the market leaders in its field. Awarded the position of sales manager, I have:
Reorganized internal structure and helped redefine the company image in the market by applying my marketing plan targeting major consultants and main contractors. Expanded sales and work force services to comfortably execute large and medium scale projects in industrial and special coatings (intumescent paint) as well as waterproofing works. Managed to turn TBM into a leading player in its niche by signing major contracts with main major contractors in the country (Power plants, Fuel Tanks, shopping malls ….). Ensured high customer’s satisfaction by monitoring quality of execution, delivery of works and punctual follow up with major clients.

Founded this family business in 1990 to target burgeoning demand of TV advertising arising from the expansion in the number of TV stations in Lebanon. Acquired the representation of Middle East Television directly related to CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network) –USA and five local TV stations spread over major cities of Lebanon. In 1991, established a joint venture with R.N.P (local TV representative) to present to the advertising market a package of twelve TV stations and became a leading player in the advertising market.
