Presently Working (as a Mech.CAD Draftsman) with HASSANESCO TRADING & CONTRACTING.(From March 2018 to Till Date)

Having 5+ year experience in Qatar in preparation of FIRE FIGHTING,PLUMBING&DRAINAGE, Steam Shop drawings, and Coordination for Residential buildings, Retail malls, Hospitals, schools, Industrial building & commercial high rise buildings using AutoCAD of experience in Construction industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (All versions)

CADMEP.

MS excel, MS word, MS Power Point,Internet and Email Applications.

Perform the following duties using AutoCAD:

Preparation of CAD layouts

Preparation of HVAC, PLUMBING DRAINAGE AND FIRE FIGHTING shop drawings, sections & detail drawings.

Preparation of Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings & Coordination with other services.

Prepare Builders work Drawings for hvac ducting, water supply lines, drainage lines, Rainwater lines, Wet Riser Fire sprinkler lines Condensate drain services, all risers etc.

Front end & detail engineering of piping work – Layout preparations, Isometrics generation, piping & valves list preparation.

Preparation of AS BUILT drawing as per the site survey information for future maintenance.

Working as a Draftsman in MEP projects which include following Responsibilities:-

Worked as a HVAC,PLUMBING,DRAINAGE & FIRE FIGHTING Draughtsman.

Preparing Shop Drawings, Detail Drawings & As Built Drawings for HVAC,PLUMBING,DRAINAGE, FIRE FIGHTING Services from design drawings.

Having knowledge of making Isometric views & Schematic & Riser drawings from relevant drawings.

Co-ordination with project engineer and site engineer as per site requirements like additional details of sections.

To make Builders work related to HVAC,PLUMBING,DRAINAGE& FIRE FIGHTING works.
