Role : - Rides and Attraction Team Leader

Nature of job & Responsibilities involved:

1) I Have supervised Rides Engineer, Senior Rides Technician and Rides Technician in Rides and Attractions.

2) Assigns Senior Rides Engineer where manpower is required to ensure safety, reliability and availability of all rides and attractions in the day- to-day park operation.

3) Ensures availability of tools, equipment, spare parts and consumables in the workshops which are required to perform proper maintenance of rides and attractions.

4) Manage Rides Engineers, Rides and Attractions Senior Technicians, and Rides and Attractions Technicians on a daily basis to include work allocation, training, and coaching and performance management. 5) Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on: work priority, tools/equipment, consumables, and spare parts availability, and skills/competencies of Rides Engineers, Rides and Attractions Senior Technicians, and Rides and Attractions Technicians. 6) Participate in various aspects of Maintenance Department Management to support safe and efficient operation of the park. 7) Oversee preparation of work instructions that provide direction to the Rides and Attractions Maintenance for Corrective Maintenance repairs and performance of Preventive Maintenance.

8) Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System “CMMS"

(Maximo) as a tool to provide necessary input to improve maintenance processes and procedures

9) Assist Rides and Attractions Manager and Assistant Manager in carrying out day-to-day activities in the Rides and Attractions Maintenance Team.

10) Encourage Colleagues to share ideas (i.e. safety. cost-reduction, productivity, etc.) to improve work environment.

(Wonder la Amusement Park is the sister concern firm of V-Guard group. It is one of the biggest amusement parks in India and it is having an ISO 14001:2004& OHSAS 18001:2007 certification.)

Nature of job & Responsibilities involved:

1) Attend to Machine(Italian make Amusement rides)/Equipment Breakdown and solve/Diagnose electrical failure.

2) Provide accurate information and regular progress updates as required by Management.

3) Technically Manage and lead Project team and Clients to resolve issues And ensure expectations are met.

4) Implement and support technical development /training strategies To the technicians team.

5) Doing Periodical Amusement Ride auditing with National & International Stds.

6) Errection & commissioning of L.T & H.T Equipment’s. 7) Planning & doing regular Preventive maintenance. (As per manufacture standards & norms).
