HVAC:

Maintained air cooled chillers (TRANE and SKM make) 16nos with more efficient and achieving maximum deltaT.

Monitoring and operated primary and secondary pumps for achieving system pressure and flow.

Operates FAHUs, FCU, Ecology unit, Chilled water chemical dosing, heat exchanger and exhaust system.

Checking the air flow, according site needs regulate VAVs and maintaining flow with discreet.

Fire protection and Fighting system:

Managing of Fire alarm system i.e. smoke detectors, heat detectors, humidity detectors, Manual call points, Emergency Call point, sounders, speakers, repeater panel and common main panel.
