Role & Responsibility:-

Providing support to various Operating systems: - Windows-XP, Windows-Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and MAC.

Providing support on emails and email clients. Our job is to provide support & solutions to the users.

Troubleshooting and installation of wired, wireless and network printers.

Using Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, Trend Micro Titanium and Avast anti-virus, installation & updating of anti-viruses on desktops & laptops. Download latest patches for anti-virus & remove viruses from infected systems within stipulated time. Carried on major activities like critical patch updation, unwanted software’s removal.

Follow-up on support issues with unsatisfied users to ensure that problems are resolved and service is improved.
