Objective
I have 25+ yrs of experience Estimating and managing commercial construction. I typically estimate, buyout and manage my own project from start to finish.
I am specifically inquiring for a Remote Estimator position. My goal is to come work for your firm for several months, learn your estimating system and product, and then do estimating from my home. My daughter has MS and she needs more at home attention/assistance. I recognize this request is unusual. I do not expect to be paid the same as a full time in office employee. I presently make 135K/Yr. I am willing to work for $55Kyr from home. I can assure you, I am 100% productive and a great communicator. The work location will have no impact on the output /quality of my work. I am an excellent estimator and honestly, estimating is my biggest strength in the GC Market.
