Responsible for internal administration and more responsibilities as a dept. In charge

Management of the Radiology and Ultra Sound Departments.

1. Preparation for Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Planning, Procurement and Verification of Assosaries and Machine Ensuring that equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and any faults are reported to the head of department and C.M.O and engineer of concern machine, fix the visit of engineer for rectify the faults.

2. I responsible for arrangement of AMC /CMC of the machine to contact the party and keep the record. If any component required to change arrange the quotation and raise the Purchase order from purchase dept.

3. Responsible for Manage, maintained and filing of equipment’s License from Bhabha Research center.

4. Responsible for manage, maintained and filling of quality control of equipment’s.

5. Responsible for manage, maintained and filling of TLD Badges reports.

6. Preparation of min. and max. Inventory planning for X-Ray and department concern materials available in stores through the HMS.

7. Preparation of materials budget for next session .

8. Maintenance of bulk material handling system maintained the stocks of x-ray room stores.

i.e Raise the indent / Inventory, Issue Acceptance, Consumable Entry,Stock Statement, Daily Consumption Report.,Monthly Report, Repaired yearly/half yearly all material’s budget and Inventory which used in radiology dept..

9. Supervising and observing health and safety at work and welfare issues.

10. Ionizing radiation regulation to protect himself, patient and other’s according to rule of Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC).

11. Make an Arrangement of all radiation protection device and accessories.

12. Controlling the Quality of the films and Deduct the cost (COST SAVING) of the x-ray films for the company.

13. Shutout the disciplinary dispute in the department towards the patients and staffs .

14. Watch and maintained the house keeping concern matter.

15. Keep maintenance or rectify the all problems of department with consult the concern department

i.e Telephone, Air condition, Building maintenance, I.T and electrical concern problems.

16. Special work doing during COVID – 19 Session: -i) Sanities the department with Hypo and dusting with hypo and sprit to all equipment daily . Take only patient no attendant allow with covered the mouth & nose, sanities his/her hand with sanitizer first. Then do the procedure with keeping distance and less waiting.

ii) Provide the PPE Kit, N-95 mask, Surgical Mask, Disposable cap, gloves, cotton gown, Sprit and sanitizer to all our colleague to work smoothly and safely.
