Key Achievements and Responsibilities:

Played a key role as the Company’s representative with the Client.

Day to day supervision and coordination of all MEP activities with the Construction Management Agency (CMA) and main contractors to ensure that the target is achieved as per the project plan.

Ensure that all MEP works are carried out as per the approved method statement and meet the project specification with high quality and comply with all authority’s and codes requirements.

Organize and attend the engineering workshops meetings, site walks and progress meeting with the construction management agency (CMA) and the main contractor for resolving the constraints may hold the progress on site.

Organized on-site design coordination, approvals of: Contractors’ shop drawings, various submittals (RFI, DS, mock-ups/benchmarks, etc.) - all in coordination with Engineering Consultants.

Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed highlighting all the risks may affect the project completion such as material delivery, engineering solutions, access and progress.
