Starting my career in healthcare at the age of sixteen as an STNA, I have a profound passion for caring for others. This pilot study was the first of its kind completed at UHCMC and continues today. Trained five nurses at a time, serving as their primary preceptor in five different units. Attended literature review sessions, employee interviews, and conducted employee evaluations.
