DESCRIPTION:The project is about the street lights. Whenever the sun sets LDR senses and the LED Lamps will automatically turn ON. Whenever the sun rises (day time) it automatically turn OFF the LED.

Major Project

TITLE: Grid Connected Wind Energy System Power Quality Improvement Using STATCOM. DURATION:6 Months.

TEAM SIZE:4 Members.

DESCRIPTION:The project is about injection of the wind power into an electric grid which effects the power quality. In this proposed scheme STATCOM is used which controls scheme for Grid connected wind energy generation system for power quality improvement is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK in the power system block set. As a result it relives the main supply source from the relative power demand of the load and the Induction Generator.
