Maintaining the relevant documents

Analysis of Job Safety periodically as per OHSAS A. Phoenix Market City

Daily inspection of FE, FHCs and Pump room.

Monthly checking of Fire modular, FM200, Tube suppression system, Jet fans, Axial fans, Flow switch in sprinkler system, Deluge system and Fire logic.

Auditing the fire systems in retailer’s shops.

Attending fire alarms and gas alarms in retailer’s shops and in common areas.

Maintaining checklists for every activities.

Monitoring the workers safety in fit out and defit out shops with basic PPEs.

Issuing Hot work permits by ensuring the safety.

Daily checking on access controls doors and emergency staircases.

Conducting Fire mock drills.
