Created detailed engineering documents and reports, including DFMEA, DVP, and GD& T. Utilized Rivian share site to update and manage the 3D CAD using CATIA. Ford U725 Bronco, Fuyao Glass America Aug 2018 – Present Designed and manufactured U725 front windshield and rear quarter windows for 3DR/5DR vehicles. Supported cost engineers with obtaining accurate cost estimates by developing accurate, comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
