Provided O/M support to primary and back CM6 servers and 32 gateways to service 3,000 subscribers, as well as to commercial demarcation point between DJ Telco, a commercial vendor and Camp Lemonnier to deliver commercial service to 90 subscribers.

Expertly programmed, installed, and troubleshot all analog circuits, including phone numbers, 15 active voice trunks, and call routing for all subscribers in Camp Lemonnier.

HDX Technician Oct 2012–Jun 2013

Conducted close monitoring of cutover from HDX to Avaya CM6 while rendering O/M support to all deep space network private branch exchange (DSN PBX) servicing subscribers during cutover.

Administered two Redcom HDXs to provide voice communications to 800 subscribers.
