Responsibilities in KYB Motorcycle suspension India Ltd

Addressing Customer Complaint and Warranty Complaints and improving the processes by providing optimized solutions (Root Cause Analysis) and preparing (CAPA).

Involved in process and incoming related activities process analysis and reduced defects.

Implementation of 8D Corrective action method

Paint shop line rejection % is reduced from 0.2 % to 0.02 % against target 0.06%.

Zero customer complaints of last 8 months.

Assembly line major rejection was eliminated.
