PROJECT CO2 Suppression System

We install CO2 Flooding system for Engine Test Room (10 no’s of Room)

Each room provided a CO2 Control panel with Siren, Heat & Flame Detectors as an automation process

Provide each room has a 4 Cylinders (45 Kg) an adequate for that room

This System Connects with GPS Cellular Mode System. Fire Hydrant System

The Main Scope of this project was to propose the Ring Main concept and Change the Existing 100 mm Dai pipe & Replaced by 150 mm Dai Pipe - (1450 M)

Dismantle all the below-ground existing pipeline & Erection as above ground

Additionally 17 no's of Hydrant point newly install to cover all over the factory

Also, Newly installed 1 No Foam Monitor & 2 No's of Water monitor

Install New Diesel Engine Pump at Fire Pump House for high efficient. Fire Sprinkler System

Install dry pipe fire Sprinkler system with Pendent & upright Sprinkler Head Installed at two hard stage areas both above & below false ceiling

1 room (540 sq. ft) - 72 no's of sprinkler head install with alarm valve

2 room (510 sq. ft) - 54 no's of sprinkler head install with alarm valve. LOT – LPG system

The main scope of this project was we maintain 9.8 Metric Ton of LPG Bullet for the material heat treatment process so it considers as a High Hazard category.

So avoid those legal comply issue we plan to install LOT (Liquid Off Take) System with 2 no's of LPG cylinder (450 kg) & 2 Vaporizer unit

This System connects with the Cylinder automation process in Control panel

As Safety guide Install CGMS Unit (Continuous Gas Monitoring System) with control panel, gas sensor & siren. Connects with Cellular Module System SKILLS Professional

Carrying out post-incident analysis.

Establishing workplace safety and health committees.

Developing emergency procedures.
