Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling and resolving user queries via email, delivering daily server utilization report monitoring as a part of Project Support department.

Responsible for Document creation and maintenance related to project delivery and module customization.

Worked on Toad database management to manage SQL queries.

Development of objects like fields, records, pages, component, menu, application engines, component interface, file layout through Application Designer.

Tracking of data changes using the Audit feature.

Handling of Roles and permission list in PeopleSoft security.
