Project 1 : Support - Centrica

Client : British Gas for Business

Role : Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

Working as an offshore technical consultant.

Worked on Middleware monitoring where the changes in CRM has to be replicated to ISU.

Worked on Correspondence related issue which is an action needs to be scheduled and executed from CRM.

Separate BADI implementations for Schedule and Start conditions.

Done some code changes in BADI whenever there is an issue.

Worked on IDOC monitoring.

Developed a Report in ABAP for contract downgrade.

Worked on Replications where contract from CRM needs to replicate to ISU.

Comparing CRM and ISU data, replicate the contracts and prices to ISU which will be validated by Customer.

Project 2 : Development - Centrica

Client : British Gas for Business

Role : Technical Consultant - Offshore support

Responsibilities:

Requirement To automate the process of SPA and SMQ1 using ABAP.

Responsible for designing, developing and testing of ABAP objects/programs.

Developed reports for the Known errors which will pick the entries and execute.

Prepared technical specification document for ABAP objects/programs.

For SPA automation created a RFC FM in which we can get the data from other systems.

For SMQ1 automation we have used standard FM’s to clear the entries.

Responsible for debugging and fixing issues and testing of ABAP objects/programs.

Created two methods ANALYSE and RESOLVE.

In ANALYSE method we used to fetch the required data from tables and display it in ALV and then we can process it.

In RESOLVE method all the processing logic has been written.

As we have used object-oriented approach code will be modularized and performance will also be good.

Trained on ABAP ON HANA.

Good Knowledge in CDS Views, AMDP.

Good Knowledge in HANA modelling and interested to work on HANA projects.
