Achieved Projects during my work Period in CSC till now under STC 1. FDTs Cabinets (FTTH projects in all Riyadh regions) are around 40 FDTs 2. KA Projects (VIP Customer Fiber Optic Connectivity) are around 120 Sites 3. FTTM projects (GSM Sites Fiber Optic Connectivity) are around 150 Sites 4. Supervising Project Team of implementation of FTTX and OSP projects.

Monitoring of Monthly Target achievement, and prepare monthly report on progress of the project.

Prepare a project plan monthly for the installation and implementation of all over the project..

Monitoring project implementation and installation as per Drawing and standards.

Business development with future clients who could benefit from our products and service.

Coordinate with Customers and other Subcontractors to make sure Projects on Right Track.

Guide the team and carry the overall responsibility for the task fulfilment.

Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client’s requirements

Ensure a detailed Project Plan and necessary and satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain timely execution and quality of work.

Monitor project progress and proactively.

Coordinate project activities with all involved departments

Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans. .

Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.
