WORKING EXPERIENCE

7 years of working experience in GTL Nepal Pvt. Ltd. In Kathmandu Nepal as NOC leader (2.5 years) and Assistant Manager (4.5 Years). A leading Network service provider, joined its strategic business unit in India and Nepal (Kathmandu) to serve its international operations to FLM project for NCELL.

1.5 years working experience in M-Each Group of Technology Pvt. Ltd. In Kathmandu Nepal as Network operation responsible in FLM project of ZTE Nepal Pvt. Ltd.

Routing the Incidents (Trouble Tickets) by the help of Maximo and now we also use SIMS and reporting to the Customer(Operator).
