Job Responsibility

Responsible for 2 factory in Bali & new factory at Solo –Total 3 production factory

Production Planning & achieving required Factory Efficiency & costing

Responsible for Entire Operation as well Production & delivery on time with right quality

Coordinate & control Procurement Team -

Prepare & analyze Operation Bulletin of all products.

Fix CMT price to sub contacts as per style & quality required,

Coordinate with R & D of samples& Pre- production samples before production start.

Constant control of direct labor. Follow Grading system.

Cost monitoring & controlling on daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for 600 machine unit with 1100 workers – from sample to shipment

Responsible for entire Production& Operation

Communicate with Product Development Technicians, Customer QA for simplifying the samples analyze & choose best production methods at sampling stage & make necessary R&D to reduce work content.

Develop Folders & attachments for upcoming orders along with Maintenance Dept to reduce handling & improve Quality.

Interact & deal effectively with Production, Planning, Marketing, Stores, Merchandising, HR, and Maintenance & Cutting etc. to improve Production.

Prime responsibility is achieving Maximum Plant Efficiency through recognized IE Techniques by best possible methods.

Understanding construction of the garment. Educate/ Training supervisors, APMs on the methods followed to achieve time values from sampling stage.

Define & Set methods. Foreseeing critical/ bottleneck operations and working out methods to remove the same.

Procuring machines, folders and attachments required for the styles and getting any additional manpower required for the style/order. Thread consumption calculations.

Ensuring cutting and finishing section is built to match sewing capabilities so that there is no over/ under production in either section.

Tasks during Production/ Implementation:

Assisting production team in setting line as per planned layouts and ensuring that methods are followed exactly as per GSD analysis from the very first work piece.

Target trouble shooting through systematic study of identifying bottlenecks/ causes and finding ways/ methods to remove bottlenecks. Step by step procedure being: time study, study bottleneck in depth, identifies cause & rectify.

Monitoring productivity on day to day basis and having meetings with batch staff to update them continuously on important numbers such as efficiency against targets, cost/minute, helper numbers, time taken to reach peak targets, etc.

Dynamic balancing on day to day and hour to hour taking into account absenteeism, machine breakdowns, quality issues, loading problems etc. in all sections.
