Facility Management:
Base set up done, which includes security, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, BMS and other hospitality requirements, post taken over of two facilities at HCL SEZ Chennai from infrastructure team each size of 1,92,000sqft & 2,24,000sqft.
Executed mid-size projects for new business requirements and ensured smooth transition.
Planned the facility work force and structuring the team and conducted periodical their performance.
Proven optimum utilization of manpower through centralizing facility management team and saved cost, without compromising the quality of delivery
Structured approach in improving employee satisfaction by constantly conducting periodical survey and taking corrective actions on feedback received. Client Hospitality/F&B Management:
Managing 2 café operations with seating capacity of 1500 seats & 3500 seats with 35 vendors.
Managing all Events for HCL Chennai.
Managing all hospitality requirements of clients visiting HCL Chennai.
Vendor Finalization for all F&B /Accommodation requirements from floating of RFP to closure.
Periodic Audit of Guest houses & base Kitchens.
Taking client for campus facility tours.
Vendor Management:
Sourcing & Procurement Identifying and developing potential vendors locally for the right sourcing, achieving cost effective purchases
Maintain vendor contacts, contracts, agreements and AMCs
Procurement - all non-IT procurements CAPEX / Indent, Invoice processing through SAP, Payment tracker.
Coordinating with the legal team for AMC and agreements Business Continuity Management:
Coordinate with Business team and conducting the mock evacuation drill
Maintained the DR sites and coordinate with BCP team to conduct the test and recovery sites.
During crisis period have got the update from various sources and assisting for BAU. General Administrations:
Capacity Planning and utilizing the seats in optimum level
Managing and supporting contractors engaged in the delivery services in the facility including janitorial service, pest control, housekeeping, and gym and day-care centre.
Preparing reports for Corporate MIS, Provision, Manpower Reports, and Seat utilization Reports department wise.
Management and Operations of multi counter Cafeterias
Client logistics which includes travel, accommodations and office transfers. Liaison & Coordination’s (PR):
Maintained good liaison with all government authorities and enforcement wings
Having good network with other organizations Facility Manager and participating meet and sharing best practices.
