*Our Vision is an annual students' conference in faculty of commerce. Responsibility:
1- Develop policies, methodologies, processes and tools for the company Document management system for both Electronic & Documentary cycle. 2- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable. 3- Update Drawings Revisions from Designer & Check the correctness of the received Shop Drawings (Revision, Title, Date...etc). 4- Coordinate with the team the affection of other technical documents (RFIs, NCR, FCR, As Built, WIR ...etc) on the Design, Shop Drawings. 5- Entering client documents into management system (Documentation). 6- Receives and registers provided project documents (IR, MIR, RFI, Submittal, Shop Drawing, and Quantity Survey).
7- Controls issuance of document numbers.
8- Maintains proper document registers.
