Responsibilities:
Managed the liaison effort to assure plant and the field church photographers worked within corporate guidelines to ensuring smooth operations between field and plant. Accomplishments:

This system allowed the managers to view the images photographed by the photographers and do field evaluations of the employees in a much more timely fashion.
• Created two new videos for Marketing Department. These were DVD presentations that the marketing representatives could use to demonstrate to potential clients the quality and diversity of the photography utilized by Olan Mills church photographers.
• Responsible for the revision of the Photographic Managers Policy and procedure manual. This manual spelled out all duties and responsibilities as well as corporate policies for a Photographic Church Manager.
• Completed Contemporary Photography instruction manual. This was used by the church photographers to improve the quality and variety of their work by promoting more creative photography.

• Brought merit submissions up to date. This is the process used to select high quality images submitted by studio photographers. The liaison responsible for this process was overloaded by submissions and I was able to help her get caught up three times between October 2010 and January 2011.
• Created a PowerPoint presentation showing how to properly prepare reports in the field. Reports were coming in to the plant incomplete or ill prepared. The field employees needed instruction on the proper way to prepare these reports.
