Listens to employee grievances work performance to the Deputy Butler Service Manager. Report any guest complaints/comments to Deputy Butler Service Manager/Executive Housekeeper.
Check the expiry date reports of the food and beverages store must be updated.
Dealing complains to the guests and act accordingly with the hotel policies.
