Monitored the construction contractor’s quality assurance and safety program. Observed on site construction to determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
Monitored construction progress vis a vis project schedules and submitted weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.
I reviewed designer of record and shop drawings along with submittals from vendors/contractors and determine if coordination with the disciplines are necessary in addition to monitoring on-going work to identify problems or noncompliance with deign or contract specifications.
Managed crews on project sites, including earth moving, erosion, sediment control, utility work (storm, water, sewer, wells, duct banks and natural gas lines).
Managed project punch list for incomplete or deficient work and have deficient work corrected before final inspection by project consultants.
Determine sequencing of work, maintained, and submitted always a 3 week look ahead schedule.
Identified long lead items that need to be expedited through project scheduling processes along with identifying issues early and act immediately to provide solution with minimal impact on contract.

Very adept to modular construction; specialized prefabrication on site and off site. Many locations I was brought onto site from other countries for US Embassy construction of campus buildings for the many and varied configurations stacking and placing techniques to meet State Department, Department of Defense and the Army Corp of Engineers. CIA certified in modular SCIF construction meeting 705 series regulations.
