• Manage inventory on incoming wafers and outgoing epitaxy requests on different sizes (2", 3",4", 6") for LED epitaxy growth from different vendors.

• Hands on experience on different clean room wafer fabrication equipment such as coater, spinner, track, stepper for photolithography; sentech etcher/ deposition equipment, oxford etcher/ deposition, wet strip and clean tools (spin, rinse, dry machine), annealing machine(RTA) and chemical wet bench
