Led Company operations and strategic direction (setting OKRs and KPIs) with full responsibility for bottom-line factors, including long-range planning, product management and software development processes. ● Generated $79mn in unplanned revenue via variance analysis by identifying, tracking and negotiating with contractor scope changes embedded in Technical Queries and Variation Order Requests.
● Updated Technical Query process to identify TQs with significant commercial impact. Retroactively applied the new process to past queries, converting 10% of Technical Queries to cost recoupable variation orders.

Lead Project Engineer
Successfully managed and led all aspects of engineering design for the development of Subsea Pipeline system scope worth $20M . Coordinated with the client and contractors to resolve technical issues, obtaining interface details and provided on-site technical support to Fabrication yard to allow seamless integration of Manifold pipeline equipment subsea and accomplishing 100% on time project delivery.
● Directed and managed the project life cycle and operations within the $210M+ portfolio value from preliminary planning to job close out, managing client and EPC companies to provide subsea manifold pipeline system per customer specifications and schedule.
● Led cross-functional team of 6 local engineers, drafters and fabricators to execute project scope and design review, team recognized by Nigerian national authorities for best-in-class accomplishment.
● Reviewed customer project specification documentation against company internal standardized procedures to identify gaps; developed and executed technical queries which generated over $2mn in Change Orders.
● Acted as on-site liaison between engineering and local construction teams to resolve NCR and high-stakes issues on test plans and accomplished 100% on time delivery.
● Approved construction, welding, machining, and installation testing drawings with on-site Engineering Manager.
