Worked as Maintenance engineer for 5years and 5 months in an Automotive industry and have Good knowledge in Field of Electrical maintenance, Plant Setup, plant maintenance, New technology implementation, PLC Programming.

Worked as an Automation Engineer for maintenance Department in Wintage Engineers & Consultants Pvt Ltd. from June 2015 to July 2016.

ON JOB PROJECT DONE: -

2105-16

Converted a low productive welding process to semiautomatic welding process.

Result: - Production increase by 400% with more safety and operator friendly culture.

2016-17

Taken the responsibility of entire maintenance processes. worked for atomizing the inspection processes.

Result: - Got qualified for IATF 1649 and cleared all customer audits.

The atomization of inspection process failed.

2017-2018

1.An automated ultrasonic cleaning machine Replica to machine from Elma was proposed to be developed inhouse (cost of Elma Machine 1 crore.)

2.Setup of a cut flange plant in Arad Romania

Result: -

1.The machine got ready in 22% of price in comparison to price of ELMA machine.

2.Successfully stared the plant in Arad Romania.

2018-2019

1.Setting up of two plant with capacity of 15 machine (Area 3000 sq feet) and with capacity of 100 machine and 400 employees (Area 4*10500 Sq feet)

Result: -

The setup of first plant took 3 months in setup and started the second plant in record time of 6 month from scratch.

2019-2020.

Worked in development of small size (2.5lb to12lb) battery for bike ranges.

Presently working in setting up a complete production line for automatic sanitary products and toy

Got Trained in Industrial Automation System from 30/11/2014 to 30/03/2015.

Pursued Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from SMS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LKO (GBTU) in 2014.

Delivered a PowerPoint presentation on Magnetic Levitation.

“Maglev is a method by which an object is suspended with no support other than magnetic fields. Basically, used in mono trains.”

Delivered a PowerPoint presentation on CNC Machines.
