Proactive and high speed in following up, executing and resolving key customer feedback issues.

Basic knowledge of 5s, Six sigma.

Knowledge in tools such as PPAP, SPC, FMEA and problem analysis tools.

Ensuring of testing incoming raw materials as per customers requirement, evaluating Material Test Certificates as per ASTM Standards.
