EXPERIENCE
PERSONAL SKILL
During this period I worked on complete ADAS Application testing and Failsafe delivery using HILS. Identifying different testing methodology to test ADAS Software. Worked on development of HMI testing at HILS level. Worked on issue analysis and bug fixing. I worked for ADAS 3.1 Functional testing and Failsafe testing at onsite(Japan) for one year. During this period, I gained an experience of client interaction and offshore management.
Hardware in Loop System(HILS) for Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS) : Hardware in loop (HIL) tests are rightly considered today as a key component in validating fully integrated ECUs. With the aid of Hardware in loop, individual parts of an integrated system can be simulated and tested in a virtual environment in real time. ADAS system functionalities include LDW (Lane Departure Warning), LDP (Lane Departure Prevention),BSW(Blind Spot Warning), ICC(intelligent Cruise Control), FEB(Forward Emergency Breaking), Traffic Jam Pilot or Pro Pilot. Role: Tester ( Mar’ 16 to Jan ‘ 19)
Tools: Control Desk 3.7, Control Desk 6.0, Canape, Excel, DDT 2000, Green HILS Multi
Programming Languages: VbScript
Responsibility: Understanding of ADAS Application
-Perform Comprehensive and error free testing to satisfy ADAS functionalities.
- Create report of test results and confirm all test cases satisfy expected value.
- Conduct test result review with Onsite Coordinator.
- Reporting and tracking of Bugs.

HARDWARE IN LOOP SYSTEM (HILS) FOR ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (ADAS): (Nissan Advanced Technical Center, Japan):-ADAS system assist driver to ensure vehicle safety, road safety and human safety so Pre validation of ADAS system before releasing into the market by HILs testing. However to validate and execute the failsafe condition of ADAS software which includes JT1-JT2,Message Counter, Checksum testing and test failsafe signals. Worked on test case enhancement for ADAS software for uncovered coverage, identified and prepare master test case sheet. Execute the test cases manually. Shared evidence to client.
Role: Tester (Feb,19 to Jan’20)
Tools: Control Desk 3.7, Control Desk 6.0, Canape, Excel, DDT 2000, Green HILS Multi Programming Languages: VbScript
Responsibility: Understand Client Requirement
As per client requirement perform and execute failsafe testing of ADAS ECU. Create report of test results and confirm all failsafe conditions satisfy expected value. Conduct test result report review and delivery directly to client. HMI Testing in HARDWARE IN LOOP SYSTEM (HILS) FOR ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (ADAS): -(Nissan Advanced Technical Center, Japan):-HMI testing in ADAS is meter testing which includes testing of all functionalities of ADAS using Meter. Worked on development of HMI testing at the HILS level with 100% coverage of HMI signals that are transmitted to Meter module. So mapped the HMI signals to the CAN signal using spec of HMI. Received specification documents from client. Identified and understands all test scenarios of ADAS applications that are tested in HMI testing. Understands total 16 applications and total 366 test cases, prepared master test case sheet. Performed manual testing of 366 test cases of 16 applications on PT1, PT2 lot of ADAS Software.
Developed the automation for all test cases by preparing master test pattern sheet, master judgment sheet.

Arduino MEGA 2560 Microcontroller
Embedded System for Hospital (During B.E Final Year) :- Automatic Saline Flow Rate Monitoring and Controlling System using Arduino MEGA 2560 Microcontroller. Developed an automatic saline flow monitor, which measures the saline drop rate and sends the information of flow rate to the remote cell phone. Embedded Programming based Projects
Automatic Room Light Controller System, there is automatic switching ON/OFF of the electric power supply. The circuit consist of passive infrared detector which sense the presence of person,Microcontroller (ic89s52) and relay to turn ON and OFF the appliances.
dSPACE HILS Testing Automation Framework
Hardware in Loop System (HILS) Automation Framework:- Manual HILS testing and report preparation is a repetitive and time consuming work. Hence Automation Framework is developed to validate ADAS HILS testing and the time taken to test an ADAS software is considerably reduced. Role: Developer and Tester ( Feb’ 20 to Present)
Tools: Control Desk 3.7, Control Desk 6.0, CANpe, Canoe Programming Languages: VbScript, CAPL, Python, Batch Script Responsibility: Development of Automation Framework
-Development of GUI using Python.
-Development Vbscript to prepare reports through Automation.
-Evidence logging through CANape through Automation.
