To Check and Verify In-house reports (visual inspection reports, First Piece Approval reports, Dimensions report,& etc..),

SPC (CP &CPK) study on preforms & Closures on Daily Basis

Lead the Lab testing activities of Preforms, Bottles, Closures ( Internal testing + External Testing)

To prepare and maintain the SPC Reports through Minitab Ver-17.

Lead the Non-conformance ( NC Area ), Segregation activities

Daily Update of NC Summary in Preforms, Bottles, Closures

To Check and Verify Incoming inspection of Packing materials & Raw materials and make Inspection reports

To Conduct Raw material sampling and testing.

TO Conduct Supplier audit

Prepare and maintain the External testing Schedule calendar.

Operate Gas chromatograph measuring machine to check AA content in preforms

Operate moisture analysing for Preforms & PET Resin by Sartorius m/c

Operate MFI testing for Resin by MFI Tester

To Conduct Retest for Customer samples ( Dimension, Moisture, AA Test)

Preparing SOP & work instructions.

Conducting In-house calibration for Gas chromatograph, Gauges.

To Conduct Internal audit Plan as per Schedule.

TO Review and Closing of Quality Internal audit reports.

Prepare and maintain QMS documents & ISO 9001 : 2015

Prepare and Updating of Control plan

To Conduct Traceability Audit (Preforms & Closures).

To Conduct Mock Recall Audit( Product Recall Audit ).
