1. Title: “Limnological Study of Anekere Lake for Sustainable Development And Management.”
Description: Geo-hydrological and Paleoenvironmental status of the Karkala watershed and its lake Anekare for sustainable management and development of the water resources in this impervious hard rock terrain.
2. Title: “Embodied energy of buildings in higher seismic zone and its variation in alternative plans and construction methods.’’
Description: The embodied energy of a high-rise building was calculated and the values were compared with alternative plan configurations and different materials of construction. Sustainable design methodology for low energy consuming building was suggested.
