Professional experience

Present working in KPR AGROCHEM LIMITED, Koppal as a electrical maintenance engineer from 2010 to till date.

Responsibilities:

operating and Maintenance 11KV substation & 33KV substation.

Monitoring the work done by electricians, supervisors and junior engineers.

Preparing the report of day to day and monthly power consumption of the plant as per ISO standards

Preparing of annual shutdown schedules and annual reports as per ISO standards.

Maintenance and operation of motors in plant and maintenance of documents as per ISO standards.

Maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, history card and all the formats regarding the maintenance in electrical dept.

Maintenance and operation of generators.

Cable laying and terminations and co-ordination with Testing and Commissioning.

Maintenance of all AC and DC motors.

Maintenance of MCC and PCC panels.

Load sharing as per the usage in plant.

Calculating the cable sizes, gland sizes as per the motor rating.

Calculating the rating of the relays, contactors as per the rating of the motor.

Troubleshooting of Breakers, Star/delta starter, DOL Starter etc.

Knowledge in Variable frequency drive.

Air compressor maintenance.

Maintenance and Testing of earth pits.

Knowledge in SULPHURIC ACID (H2SO4) plant, NPK Plant, DCP Plant, SSP plant

Maintenance of air conditioners and geysers.

Worked as an site engineer in SERVOMAX INDIA LIMITED, Maharashtra.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining safety and quality control at Site level, implementing project as per the schedule.

Knowledge of multi discipline activities from Electrical point of view.

Monitoring the progress of activities with the reference of project schedules.

Coordinating with Client, Consultants, Contractors and other involved agencies etc.

Monitoring and keeping a track record of day to day on going activates carried out by contractors at the site.

Study and Development of Single Line Diagram (SLD).

Proper Layout of Earthing, Lighting, Grounding of Electrical Energy System.
