Independently led the operational, financial, regulatory and business operations of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program of 3-year, 120+ resident program; including but not limited to onboarding of new residents, termination of graduating residents, and maintaining accreditation.
Developed and monitored the annual budget of $500,000, including providing monthly financial reporting and forecasting, cash flow management, capital spending and expenditures review and approval
Successfully executed resident recruitment efforts for 750 interviewed candidates including; managed Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) process, assisted program director in screening, inviting, and scheduling candidates to interview, updated online and in-person recruitment materials provided to applicants, coordinated interview process, candidate ranking, and all match and post-match activities
Designed and implemented strategic plans, annual goals, objectives, and administrative direction of the Internal Medicine Residency department to ensure compliance with accrediting body, regulatory agencies, university policies, and department mission and vision.
Provided administrative supervision, guidance, and approved payroll to a team of 5 employees regarding administrative issues, due dates and deadlines. Screened, interviewed, hired, and trained new coordinator and assistants.

Implemented a Health Resources and Services Administration-funded program to prepare pediatric dental residents for the complex and comprehensive needs of pediatric patients in medically underserved communities; served on selection committee for incoming residents
Provided and coordinated online and in-person dental public health career development activities that support postdoctoral pediatric residents, including trainings in areas important for providing diverse and culturally component oral care
