Responsible for all aspects of the project relating to building services. It includes the management of the BIM MEP team to ensure that the day to day duties are performed professionally and expeditiously to support the ongoing progress of the project.

Main responsibilities include:

3D aspect

Ensure all the MEP services is coordinated to all trades.

Managing of MEP Revit Model central file to be distributed to all MEP modeler.

Setting up the central file to company standard template.

Responsible on creating filter, template according to company standard.

Setting up of receive MEP Model and its transfer to company’s standard.

Responsible of rerouting, resizing of ductworks during coordination.

Working with the commercial team to assist with new business RFP submissions – collating all data and relevant information in the specified format depending on the client. Often having to liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met.

Prepares the clash report extracted from the Navisworks Manage and distributes report to the modeler.

Organizing BIM coordination meeting to all modeler and MEP engineer.

Attending BIM meeting that involves consultant and sub-contractor.

Fully responsible on the preparation of coordination report to be distributed to all participant of the project.

Handles the training of new modeler.

Ensure up-to-date system improvement on Revit MEP add ins.

Distributing the coordinated NWD to site engineer, project manager, and to consultant.

Checks the shop drawings before submitting to the consultant for their approval.

Works closely with the project manager on the status of the project.

Managing Revit and BIM 360 Cloud Server for each BIM project.

4D aspect

Ensure Revit model (all trades) to be input in Synchro.

Responsible on combining the trades in Synchro and building the tree for the elements.

Monitor the update of 3D element and reassigning to the task
