My success here has been recognized with several increases in responsibility and promotions. I have worked with the Business Office, Sales & Marketing and Resident Programs. I have also managed the memory care staff at a community and am currently the Resident Program Director of a multi-level care community. Responsibilities have included: communications with internal and external clients, marketing communications coordination, preparing and communicating reports to senior management, marketing strategy development, hiring and scheduling staff, group training, event planning and coordination, development and implementation of daily programming for all levels of care, as well as transportation. This includes management of purchasing and department budget as well as time keeping. I also manage the fleet vehicles, records, and transportation guidelines and scheduling. My strong interpersonal and communications skills have been an asset during my tenure at Brookdale, and now under 12 Oaks Senior Living Management.
