Contract Technical Project Manager for Microsoft Retail during the rapid growth and expansion of Retail stores. Managed and owned Retrofitting projects, development and deployment of those technologies, and handled infrastructure hardware and demo product life cycles in the Retail stores.
● Owned escalations and interactions with Facilities for fixture modifications, Audio/Visual departments for cabling and hardware upgrades, Ops for server and network installations, upgrades and decoms and Marketing for demonstration products and events.
● Delivered documentation and knowledge base articles for all projects and technologies installed, upgraded and implemented in the Retail Stores.
● Provided remediation efforts and onsite assistance for Major Incident Management triage calls.
● Represented group projects on Change, Release and Problem Management meetings.
● Owned vendor management deployment and interactions for any Retrofit related Retail projects
● Showed the flexibility to travel on short notice and work remotely from any locale while maintaining communications and milestones.
