DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Designed and installed 0.2 MT & 1 MT capacity pilot plants for the scale –up of new developed natural copolymers of guar gum and TKP based product.

Hand on experience in the research and development department in the development of Ethylene oxide and propylene oxide based natural copolymers on R&D and pilot scale and developed pilot plant for the same.

Hand on experience in the manufacturing of Guar Gum, Tamarind Kernel Powder & cellulose based natural polymers copolymers, emulsions, emulsifiers, paper chemicals, textile chemicals, paint & polymers, acetic acid and solvents distillation.

Good handling knowledge of distillation, drying, ANFD, centrifuge, grinding & crushing mechanisms.

Reduced active inventory levels and cost by 50% through implementation of automated Kanban inventory system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinated with supervisors of research & development department to develop new formulations for different types of surface coating agents used in paper industry.
