JOB PROFILE: - NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection of under development parts.

Responsible for checking and monitoring incoming quality of all new developed parts before used in production trial.

Look after all the process from stage 1st to last stage during trial and recording all the abnormalities, analyze their cause and taking corrective and preventive action against them before 2nd trial.

Responsible for preparation of all the documents related to quality (process parameter check sheet, final inspection check sheet, defect monitoring sheet, skill matrix chart.)

Approval of all the work instruction and skill matrix after correlating them with flow chart and control plan.

Responsible for giving training to the new trainees either from production deptt or from quality deptt (5S, kaizen, general instruction, fmea, control plan etc.)

Keeping and updating all the documents of quality deptt. Related to quality.

Monitoring and continuous improving the existing process of new line with KAIZENS.

Preparation of weekly report related to new line related activities.

Layout inspection as per Customer Approved Drawing.

Active member in preparation of HVPTR (HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTION TRIAL RUN) from quality deptt.

JOB PROFILE :- PROCESS

On Line Inspection for existing / New Development Models.

Control plan audit to ensure that process should follow as per control plan.

Red Bin analysis as CFT members.

Line inspection for improving the quality of product and minimizing of the line rejection.

Preparation of weekly and monthly presentation.

Layout inspection as per Customer Approved Drawing.

Data collection (Rejection/Rework data) and analysis on daily shift basis.

Active role in Quality circle activities.

Preparation of check sheet (Process check sheet, P.D.I check sheet)

To review and updating the Control Plan.

DOCK Audit.

In process and set up verification report preparation.

Analysis of in -house rejection, customer complaints and find out root-cause.

Train the operators for controlling defects.

Maintaining and monitoring the traceability of the components during the assembly stages.
