HR /ADMIN / FLEET COORDINATOR ADT, LLC AUGUST 2013 - CURRENT

·Key responsibilities:

Oversees New Hire Orientations and On-boarding - Run Employment Eligibility (I9’s), educate individuals on benefits, policies and procedures. Create emails and initial computer logins for Learning Management System Training. Local HR contact and meditator for local issues involving all team members following company policies.

Process Employee Offboarding -final payouts, conducts exit interviews/surveys (Job abandonments, resignations and terminations (input information into Case Builder for unemployment filing).

Coordinate Leave of Absence cases (Short/Long term Disability, FMLA, etc.)

Oversee Texas Private Security and Texas Fire Licensing – Process new applications, renewals, updates and maintain local license database information. Schedule and execute fingerprinting appointments as needed.

Payroll Processing and PTO Tracking- Timesheet entry into Oracle (OTM) for Service Technicians and Administrative team on weekly basis for bi-weekly payouts. Track vacation/sick/personal/floater (PTO) time accrued & used.

Coordinate In-house events (Biometric Screenings, Flu Shot Events, and Volunteering Events) and Administrator for ADT volunteering website.

EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Coordinator - organize drug testing and medical evaluation authorizations when accidents/incidents occur in the field (Partner with Gallagher Bassett for Worker’s Compensation filing). Work with Managers on reporting criteria and submit accident/incident reports in the EHS web portal within 24 hours.

Administrator for all things involving Fleet – inventory and driver Telematics tracking and labeling, vehicle registration renewals, EZ-Tag administrator, Driver’s Alert administrator, coordination of retiring and receiving of new inventory, etc.

Key responsibilities:

Communicate and interpret patient prescriptions based on optometrists/ophthalmologists’ findings and recommendations.

Advise and recommend “best options” on products offered. Train patients on how to use and care for all products needed.

Verify orders are accurate and precise using optical equipment, adjust and repair lenses and frames as needed for patients.

Follow HIPPA policy guidelines for proper storage and care of all patient personal information.
