Reporting to Construction Superintendents & Construction Managers, oversaw Managed the direct account for construction personnel, HSE programs, planning, scheduling,

Budgeting, forecasting, compliance, logistics and reporting

Oversee all construction phases of construction for the sub contractors.

Direct, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate and delegate duties to 60+ mechanical, civil, insulating, millwrights, and electrical crafts persons

Oversee all construction phases of each project from cradle to grave on multiple concurrent projects

Direct, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate and delegate duties to 45 mechanicals, civil, insulating, surveyors, and electrical crafts people

Work closely with the Operations Group to ensure all projects meet the needs and standards of an operating facility

Take a lead role in all Procurement and Logistics needed to complete each project in a timely and cost-efficient manner

Description: This was a development company that bought and developed properties. This project that I worked on consisted of two buildings. One was an office building three floors high and about 60,000 ft /floor. The other one was about 30,000 ft and only one floor. It was divided and leased out to various businesses.

Description: This was an old plant that they were planning to moth ball in three years. Most of the plant was shut down and we went in to one section and removed some old equipment and piping and installed new equipment and piping.

High End Town Homes

Description: Installation of roads, sewers, high end homes, etc on about 200 acres of land.

Sherrit Plant

General Contractor: Fillmore Construction Management Inc.

Position: Superintendent.

Project Value: $10,000,000 to $15,000,000.

Description: Built a warehouse/ office building. Soil remediation was a big part of the job.

Office Renovations

General Contractor: Interworks Contracting Ltd

Position: Superintendent

Project Value: $10,000 to $1,000,000

Description: Demolished a bar and then built new offices in that space. Every time there was a new company leasing the space, we would tear out everything on the floor from the old owner and rebuild for the new owner.
