WORKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PROJECT TITLE: BOROUGE PP-5 OSBL PROJECT, RUWAIS, ABU DHABI

Responsible to raise the RFIs as per ITP.

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the relevant Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans and Procedures are in line with Project Quality Plan and being followed throughout the Project Life Cycle.

Responsible for unpacking inspection of equipments at warehouse and preparing material receiving inspection reports.

Liaise with the Contractor QC Representative to resolve any QC issues and apprise critical issues to Senior QA/QC Engineer and Construction Staff as required.

Responsible to monitor all quality related activities on the project

Preparing the calibration record of instruments(pressure, level, temperature, flow, valve etc )

Inspection for power/control cables for cable laying.

Cable termination and testing records megger and continuity.

Inspection of cable trays.

Responsible for the Preparation of E&I Construction matrix.

Responsible to generate RFI report number.

Updation of Construction and Pre-commissioning matrix on weekly basis.

Follow up and co-ordinate to clear all the Punch lists at site and update with client mechanical completion department.

Checking P&ID’s, loop drawing and relevant documents.

Involved in Erection, Installation and Pre-commissioning activities.

Glanding and termination of instrument cables at instruments, Junction Boxes, Panels.

Erecting Electrical panels and terminating LV cables.
